How long will my order take to arrive?


COVID 19 UPDATE: Due to COVID 19, please note that international delivery has been temporarily suspended. Domestic delivery, within Australia, is still available however, due to delays within the postal network please be advised that deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please check the tracking on your package, provided by Australia Post, to get more accurate updates about the delivery of your packages. [Adjective] Wolf aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be processed, packed and posted. Once posted, your package's delivery time will depend on which postage option you selected at the checkout (standard postage or express postage) and are subject to Australia Post's postage timeframes. Do you ship internationally?


COVID 19 UPDATE: Due to COVID 19, please note that international delivery has been temporarily suspended. [Adjective] Wolf currently ships internationally to Singapore, the United States and United Kingdom. Please note that this form of postage is Air Mail only (no tracking is available for this option). We are hoping to add further international shipping destinations soon. Please fill out our contact form if you would like us to ship to your country and we will add it as an option. Help! My package has arrived damaged - what should I do?


If the product you receive happens to be faulty or damaged, we are able to issue an exchange upon the return of the damaged item. Please contact us using our Contact page or email adjectivewolf@gmail.com.





Product Care

How do I care for my new [Adjective] Wolf jewellery?


All [Adjective] Wolf jewellery is handmade from high-quality acrylic and resin. Given the handmade nature of our products it is important to treat your pieces with care. Remember to take your jewellery off before you exercise, shower, sleep, or swim. Avoid spraying with perfumes or aerosols. Additionally, please be gentle when you remove your [Adjective] Wolf earrings as too much force could cause the adhesive securing the posts of your earrings to weaken. Store your [Adjective] Wolf jewellry safely in a jewellery box or hang on an earring board to keep them safe and secure. To clean your acrylic pieces, gently wipe the surfaces with a jewellery cloth or other soft, dry cloth.




What are the backs of your earrings made from?


All of our studs and stud back dangles are made with surgical steel posts. That means that they are suitable for those with sensitive ears. Our hoops and drops are made with plated stainless steel and are also suitable for sensitve ears.

How can I pay for my order?


Payments on the [Adjective] Wolf website are securely processed through Square and can be made using Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. PayPal payments are also accepted.
