SHIPPING POLICY

COVID 19 UPDATE: Due to COVID 19, there may be significant delays within the postal network please be advised that deliveries are taking longer than normal. Please check the tracking on your package, provided by Australia Post, to get more accurate updates about the delivery of your packages. 

All items are sent via Australia Post. For Australian orders we offer $10 flat rate express postage. All packages will be sent express to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. This price includes the packaging of your [Adjective] Wolf products, post box/satchel and tracking.

[Adjective] Wolf currently ships internationally to Singapore, the United States and  the United Kingdom. If you would like us to ship to a country not currently listed, please send us an email via our contact page and we will organise shipping for you. Please note that this form of postage is Air Mail only (no tracking is available for this option). If you require tracking or parcel insurance, please email us for further information as additional charges will apply. Shipping is flat-rate and may be subject to import/export charges at the destination country. [Adjective] Wolf will not be held responsible for extra government taxes and charges that may be issued upon arrival into your country. These charges will be additional charges, and payment of any additional charges are the responsibility of the package receiver. [Adjective] Wolf will not send overseas packages marked as 'gift'. 

Once your package has been scanned into Australia Post, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking information  (tracking is available for Australian customers only). [Adjective] Wolf will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please contact Australia Post.

 

If your parcel is returned to [Adjective] Wolf as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We will not accept responsibility for parcels that are not collected.

Please make sure that your postal information is correct to avoid waiting longer periods and paying extra postage. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the address section is completed correctly.

Please allow 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed, packed and posted (unless otherwise stated within the product listing!). Once posted, Australia Post will deliver your parcel (this is usually 1-2 business days via Express Post for Australian orders and 8-15 business days for international orders). Once your parcel is posted, it is out of our control. 

For updates on your package (once posted), please refer to the tracking information that is sent via email. This tracking number will allow you to see the delivery of your parcel.

By fulfilling an order with [Adjective] Wolf, you have acknowledged this information and have made a purchase based on the postage information given.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

[Adjective] Wolf does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases or for incorrect choices. Please refer to the product information provided before making a purchase.

 

Product descriptions provided are detailed. It is the customer’s responsibility to read this information carefully. It is up to the buyer to make an informed decision based on this information. 

Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the correct colour/size combination is chosen, within each product listing. [Adjective] Wolf does not accept responsibility for incorrect choices.
